Dear Harry,

Today is day nine of my Integrity Course at Masters. I came here nearly crying. After a fresh separation with my boyfriend I was discouraged, unstable, full of blame and attack. I was sad, a big victim and full of pain.Now after this nine days I really have problems explaining the change. It is really like, to be another person, right now. I had so many insights, so many moments of change inside of me.

I want to share with you the biggest result. Every evening when I did the Compassion Exercise, I had to cry because my big wall between myself and other people fell down. I have such a new connection, to other people, to my family, my friends and strangers, different than ever before.
