The rat list might not be very comfortable but it is an incredible tool that allows to put a final end to those "since-ever-on-going" conflicts of "yes but no" or "no but yes" and all the complications that follow.

It really makes the effect of a deep cleaning, and I feel almost like a new person, enjoying the feeling of being grounded and silent.
