I'm crying as I write this. What a catharsis! To arrive feeling so lost, broken, and disconnected, so empty and unknowing of self, so out of balance and empty of connection to myself. I was scattered, unanchored. I reverted to mind: judging everyone, creating agendas for every interaction, being in attitude, feeling unsafe all the time. What a painful last six weeks.

What a relief that in the first 60 minutes of Harry speaking on day one, I knew I could find a self again and shift out of a strangling viewpoint.

Today, day two, for the first time in...years?... I laughed with others during Harry's talk. No mind chatter, no editing, no measuring if others got it as quickly as I did. Just enjoyment expressed as laughter.

Amazingly there are 11 more days of this course!
