I gave myself hardships and depression using all kinds of heavy beliefs about life.

I had been searching for the answer for what was keeping me from doing things, giving me suffering, but now I know it was the old beliefs in myself.

With boldness, I will shake all these old beliefs off of me and create new exciting beliefs.

Now I will live a healthy, charming life helping others and enjoying the life itself!
